The 25th Jubilee edition of the International Evoked Response Audiometry Study Group (IERASG) took place on the 21-25th of May 2017 in Warsaw. The event has been organised every two years since 1970, in different countries over the world. This year, it was held in Poland for the first time.

Former editions of the Congress took place in different cities, such as Havana, Vancouver, Moscow, Rio de Janeiro and London. On the 21-25 of May, the meeting of the scientists representing otorhinolaryngology and the related fields was organised in Warsaw, providing anample opportunity for presenting the latest international research and sharing of individual scientific experience. Prof. Henryk Skarżyński, the Director of the Institute of Physiology and Pathology of Hearing, presided over the Symposium.

During the meeting, numerous different topics were covered, including electrophysiology of hearing, audiology and the related topics. Presentations and lectures were delivered by eminent scientists from the entire world, instance, e.g. ,James W. Hall, John J. Rosowski, M. Patrick Feeney, Steven L. Bell, Andrew Dimitrijevic.
