Ass. Prof. Paweł Golusiński, MD, PhD is an otorhinolaryngologist, head and neck surgeon. He is an Ass. Professor at the University of Medical Sciences in Poznań. He got his MD in Faculty of Medicine of Poznan University of Medical Science. He completed a specialization course in otolaryngology at the Municipal Hospital of F. Raszeja (Szpital Miejski im. F. Raszei) in Poznań and then he started his clinical work in the Clinic of Head and Neck Surgery and Laryngological Oncology of The Greater Poland Cancer Centre in Poznań. He got PhD in 2008 in Poznań Medical University. Subsequently, he obtained a degree of an Ass. Prof. in 2015 at the Medical University of Silesia. He finished fellowship in the Head and Neck Research in Section of Tumor Biology of Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery VU Medical Center in Amsterdam and prestigious fellowship in Advanced Head and Neck Oncology and Thyroid Surgery w Queen Elisabeth University Hospital in Birmingham in the United Kingdom. Moreover, he works as an academic teacher. Ass. Prof. Paweł Golusiński, MD, PhD has got numerous certificates certifying that he has completed courses on endoscopic surgery of the nose and paranasal sinuses in Poland, the Czech Republic and Switzerland. He is and author and co-author of an extensive number of research publications on otolaryngology and oncological laryngology. His main fields of interest are: endoscopic surgery of the nose and paranasal sinuses, endoscopic surgical treatment of nasolacrimal duct obstruction, oncological laryngology including reconstructive surgery and surgical treatment of snoring disorders and sleep apnoea. He holds an international certificate qualifying him to use the coblation technique in otolaryngology procedures.
